Side note, if there are any owners out there who are reading this...  Has Ted Rippey visited your location this summer?  Remember Corp vowed that there would be an illustrious World Tour headlined by Teddyboy this summer and that he would be personally visiting each location to discuss profitability issues and anything else that might come up?    Has anyone seen or heard from him?  I certainly haven't, and I don't know any other owners who have.  One too many doors slammed in his face, maybe.  Or maybe the whole thing is just one more lie in a long string of them.
This is interesting.  I keep in touch with some owners and have heard nothing about this announcement.

Michael:

You might want to just upload all of them to rapidshare and periodically refresh it so the link does not go away.  Taht way the interested parties can simply download all at once and peruse at their leisure.

Just  a thought...

Yes, that is is good idea.  I will be posting my summaries of the conversations, even those which show my suggestions which turned out to be idiotic!

It is useful to look back at what your due diligence strategies were 5 years ago, and how they have changed.

It is my understanding that 1-800 has fledgling litigation group of about 50 members, run by the Richard Solomon.  Naturally, I would advise franchisees to look at this option very seriously, pay the money and increase the group's ability to deliver on a product co-op.

Solomon huh...hmmmm...

So I have no litigation experience with zors and zees.  I guess based on inference these things are usually arbitrated.  I have to admit I would consider hopping a plane and getting a hotel in the area to watch Solomon in action.   I wonder if they allow a bowl of popcorn in the courtroom? Now that is what I would consider entertainment. -  LOL.

As always Michael, kindest regards to you.
