I am sick and tired of people on this fourm attacking each other like little kids.

Look, the answer is simple to all problems, avoid all new franchise and go with old trusted franchise...Yes it will cost alot more, but its worth it...

Old franchise offer no promise and they really don't care if franchisee makes profit....They have no name and no reputation, its simple  do not invest in concept that are less than 500 units without a strong brand name.

Pay for higher Name and get a Profit... Pay lower for no brand name and get no profit and pose risk of closing down.

Thats it and thats simple.
